    yeah...it's kinda like the "built, not bought" motto in the truck world. people will spend big money on high level characters w/ equipment so they can just play at the top w/ none of the time/hassle of building up a character.

    nah...i think the cap now is like 85-90. when i played i had a 71 and 72 when the cap was 80 and they werent worth shit. (BTW, when i got to 70 w/ the one, the other started at 55, so i didnt play them both that much:D)
