Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...
just read like 75% of this and....WOW.

OP, you tell someone that you will show up later that afternoon....no appointment and not even give them a time you'll be there and expect them to stick around if they need to help someone else out? Did you ever think about how many people that say they will come by and never show up? I'm quite sure that ratio is much higher than what you are dealing with. I had some coil questions and they tracked down where i bought them from and the manufacturer to get the original coil length and strength, then took into account my tire size, armor, etc to recommend what would be best now and my future plans. Other places will not do that.

    Good morning TW....

To: CSjunmper2003....we apologize for the situation. I did speak to you in the morning, and 99.9999x out of 1000, there is someone at the shop well past 5PM. I know you spoke to Sonny when you called, and he was apologetic & offered to drive back to the shop to meet you. You turned him down, and that's understandable considering you were still angry.

If you still want the parts, we would like extend an offer to you. We will honor the same price I gave you yesterday, plus we will knock off another $10 for your gas, and we will deliver the parts to you in Chula Vista after 4PM. Just give us a call after 9AM to work out the details.

To all the rest of TW: Thank you for the kind words. There were circumstances that were unforeseen, as some of you mentioned, that lead to this happening. No need to get into all that. But you all know that we do all we can to help our customers out when ever possible, and will continue to do so.

Thank you, and have a good day!

Nice job with your offer but to be honest it sounds like you guys were willing to come back and he turned you down and yet he chose to come on here and bash you. Your better than I as the last thing I would be doing is offering more of a discount to the guy. I would charge him regular price plus a 20% asshole fee.:D Your post just proves why everyone here will go to bat for you guys every time. Curious to see if after this thread if he even has the balls to call and speak with you guys. My guess is No.
