I don't think having a vagina is the issue here, it's the sand the OP got rubbed in his that triggered him to start this thread that was the issue... :D

Taking this threads advice, not gonna say it. *delete*

But OP if I were you I would be ashamed of myself
    If you took that deal.
YOU you should be the one apologizing, Especially since your a liar.

The only thing you accomplished is to make everyone like
    DSM that much more.

    Hi everyone.....
This is Sonny.....Holly s**t...this is otta control.....
This has got to be put to bed and no I am not the one who usually takes care of things on TW, Marco does....I choose to work on shocks...and answer questions when needed..
So did DSM Fuck up.......Yes...we did and at the end of the day it is my fault because it is my responsibility and that is why first thing this morning at 6am when I saw this thread and e-mailed Marco to let everyone know we already had a way to make up for the inconvenience..
Which was offered somewhere on here and the added discount for the gas and we would deliver them...
But holly shit......Everyone is so quick to jump and post any bad experience they have with a vendor or someone else, and never give someone a chance to make it right.I have already apologized yesterday on the phone 2 or 3 times and we made a mistake and it was timing on our (My part) part because we needed the Tacoma back to take care of the things we needed to do today. There is no excuse and it was a mistake...
It is my fault...We have already offered a solution for the mishap which is more than a lot of companies I know would do....
I figured I would post this on a public forum since it seems that is way to communicate with one another these days...Since we got bashed on a public forum.Responded on a public forum....
Thanks for your time and Marco will take it from here....
I have shocks to work on....
    Sonny
