X2.............And the OP called them liars. Wow. I dont worship DSM, but the few times I have dealt with and ordered from them, they were honest and did what they said they would do. They were out of a part I needed and went to a competitor to get me the part and did not charge me extra. A lot of companies that sell on the internet can only rely on trust, and they have earned mine, and I plan on spending more money I dont have with them. Like somebody said on the first page, you burned a bridge. A local one, too. You can always go to 4wheelparts.

I don't blame Sonny for being pissed at all. DSM is a very small company, and things come up, so they can't be there 24/7. He already apologized to the OP (who after the way he's acted I don't think deserves an apology), and it's shit like this getting posted on a public forum that can damage a company's reputation over something that really isn't a big deal.

Think if someone opens this thread up and only reads the first post. They would think DSM was a bad company unless they continued to read the 24 pages of shitstorm after the original post. That's got to be real frustrating as a small business owner, who likely get a lot of their customers from word of mouth online.
