    Well to answer your question if you dont want to look into bypassed shorties try making a try y design for the 1gr. Im following this route while im looking at fabbinf up my own header. I was looking at this place called american racing header for some ideas as well.

    Well both the power curve and the numbers put down are different. So yes its different. The 4Runner and fj are running the 2nd gen 1gr while the taco still runs the 1st gen.

    yea i'm not a fabricator, nor do i have the tools needed to take on that project...

    i'd be looking at doing something with the y-pipe or my magnaflow cat back exhaust

    if i could keep the headers in there that would be ideal

    Yeah it looks like it. :( plus the fact that they included the 4runner in there also gave it away for me, they had a small pissing contest with me when I got my headers saying it won't fit and blah blah blah.
