They were 285/17s. I think it's just my pic. They looked really competent.

Hey Rob, got your note, thanks for the kind words! I was visiting my buddie there to use his pool...lol, his little boy told me there was somebody walking around my truck.

Yes i did buy it from a guy on here, just forget his name. It looked nothing like this when i got it. I have put a $hit load of money into it, to get it to look this clean. Still need the front clip painted correctly too.

Im sure alot of you have heard of SCT (SoCalTundras) Im an OG over there because i used to have an 05 DC 4X4 which you can see in members ride section. It won best 1gen at IBTO meet a few years back.

Anyways you guys have an awsome website with lots of info that ive used already to fix this taco, its definatly work in progress...lol

Rob, I have a set of Burg l/t uca's that ill make you a smokin deal on, its a start!

...And yes all tires are 285/70/17 front and rear. who ever did the install on DMZ's sua messed it up and didnt mount the rear bipasses in far enough (aka notch the frame) so 35's rub like a mofo on the shocks. I agree 33's look to small but 35's just won't work right now with out alot of money dumped in to do it the right way.

Some day...lol, maybe run a 295/70/17 next time around.

I think a shop called evolution offroad built your whole truck, are u running 3.0x16 bypass's in the rear? I dont think 2.5's require a frame notch.

U have a clean looking truck btw

Thanks man, ya evolution did build it, the rear bumper said it on it, and that was the first thing I took off...lol, nice bumper just wasn't my style. Besides that I carry my dirtbike in the back so the stock bumper is more practical for me to step on.

Running 2.5's bipasses on the rear, so I don't know if a wheel with a better backspace would clear 35's. But I know for a fact that DMZ does not install there sua kit without notching the frame, already had Tim look at it.

Put a wheel spacer in the rear and the 35s shouldn't rub

Shawn was that odd dude from HB. Cool dude though. His truck was the LT truck a few years back. Very nice indeed. It was very Beast. He had all those HID lights in the front and on the roof. Robby Gordons with 35's. I know he had 35's on that truck. . . It was a nice truck and I can see you cleaned it up a lot. You had to have touched, painted, and gave it more TLC as I can see.

Nice and welcome to TW. Enjoy the truck. . .

Thanks everybody, there are already spaces in the rear as it is, and the front for that matter. I would like to see what a correct b/s wheel wheel with 35's does in the rear. But on the shock bodies there is already rubber marks all over them from before I owned it so...
