Here is my JVC-NT1 and I love it. Now I have a different dash kit becuase the Metra Kit didn't fit that well, as you can see. I actually used the Metra mounting kit, because it's metal, and the scosche dash kit's surround.

I really like the NT1 because it has a slot for a 32 MB SD card on the back side of the faceplate (removable) so I never have to use CD's again.

I've got a Pioneer P3200BT, Love this thing. Inexpensive compared to others...but no nav on this one, it can expand and accept Pioneer's AVIC nav, but $$$ !

Had to get the Metra kit because Scoshe doesn't offer up their kit in black.

Aux, USB, and SD card reader up front = selling point for me. Oh yea, and bluetooth is a + as well.

You can't go wrong with Pioneer. This one includes Bluetooth, Nav, Pandora through iPhone, and I have the XM module. I bought it for about $800.00 new already upgraded and spliced for play while driving. The dash kit and harness I got from Crutchfield.

    Thanks:D

If you do a little searching on dash kits here in TW (Metra/Scosche) you will find that most of the Metra's don't fit very well without trimming and the scosche's arn't very secure becuase of their plastic mounting brackets.

As for a CD/DVD head unit, you might look at spending around $600 without install. To include navigation would be around $900.

Pioneer AVIC-D3 with steering wheel control adapter and an external Sirius receiver. I opted for the external, portable dock because I use it in multiple vehicles and the boom box.
