My current problem is while I'm driving i will have my foot on the gas then suddenly the engine will stop accelerating completely for about 2 seconds at a time. It happens most requently right after the engine is turned on but still occurs after that.

Only thing I have done to the truck recently was I switched over to synthetic oil. I thought the issue could do with the fact that I didn't get another oil change right away but I got an oil change today and the problem still persists. Any input or help will be much appreciated. Hopefully and inexpensive fix im sick of this money shit...

I was sort of leaning towards checking the plugs too. Currently on a tank of chevron gas but the problem started on a tank of arco...

I got new plugs only ~15k miles ago I'm currently at 112k.

Care to tell me more about the TPS?

well since your plugs are that young and im assuming you dont have a check engine light than you prob arent experiencing misfires. Could be a dead spot in your tps.

I was having similar problems a few months ago. A new TPS and a good cleaning of the throttle body fixed the problem.
