weird water leak‽

I have a water leak coming from the dirty black piece sticking out in the picture. It is located in front of the passenger side kind of behind the engine. I need to know if this is a problem and how I can fix it.

I'm no expert, but isn't that where the A/C condensation flows from?

I'm pretty sure its the a/c seeing that is where the hi and low pressure lines for the a/c is going

 

Cabin air box's condensate drain, as stated before. Keep it clear of crud, or you'll have water in the cab, Mr. Troll.

Awesome. I was kinda worried because people said it could be the heater core or something leaking.
