    I wouldn't wait. Tire prices have only been climbing this year and its not going to stop anytime soon. AND tires do typically increase dramatically in the fall. When I ordered mine last year I got a price quote on a Thursday and when I went back on Monday to officially place the order the price had gone up close to 10%! Thankfully the guys honored the quote that they originally gave me.

    So I am not sure if I am going to make the Mini meet.. I kinda already told Rich and a few others in Helena that I would help fix a collapsed bridge up Rock Creek( right past that deep water crossing that Colton took a pic of) And it looks like they have it planned for next weekend. If they already have a lot of people to help I won't go. let you know when I find out

    And yes I do remember...it was last summer. August meet. We ended up on some damn cow path and had the hardest time getting back to a real road. I knew where we were, just not how to get back to civilization. And then one of the guys girlfriend started to flip out on me saying that I didn't know what I was doing and couldn't read a map yada yada. I Know how to read maps...and aviation and nautical charts too! the problem was that Garmin and the people who made the maps don't acknowledge 'cowpath' in the legends! And we ended up finding out way back safely after a couple of wrong turns.

    ...and what they are doing. Does no good if the leader gets stuck! That only makes it harder for everyone else to get through.

    So it also does no good if the leader says she knows how to read a map but when she gets lost and totally looses it and stresses every one else out! I can go on if you want to go there:(
