Mornin' Jim, Tom. Quick question Jim, I have an access cab and looking into getting a double cab cause everytime we go out with other people they have to drive cause the wifes Audi is too small:eek: for 4 people and the seats in the access are to small:notsure: for an adult on a long drive. How are the seats and leg room in the DC?

John, Sorry I never did get back to you on the house the sis in law is looking at.Its way nice and on one of the last clean lakes down here. Some kids got it in 05 for 1 mil. the payments went up last year and the bank started to take it back and the young dum asses trashed the inside, We went over it room by room and I came up with about 40k in shit they tore up. She put in a bid of 200k on it but wont know till next week. The new hubby wants a show house as he's big bucks from NY, NY. He will sell his biz. up there in a few years and move down here. As for now they are back and forth all the time. Nice cat we hit it off good and he likes my long time pals down here so he will fit right in..Hope they get this house as it will be a cool place to party.. Jim

    Jim:
The ride was very smooth. A little roll one night but that is to be expected with all the crazy currents due to the many islands we passed.

Best of luck to the sis in law and hoping she gets the house.
Sounds like it can be a real nice place when fixed up. Being on a lake makes it good cause of the fishing. The misses cousin sold his business in NY,NY 3 years ago and him and his misses travel back and forth from NY to Clearwater. Saw anothe new guy Jacksf logged on and he's 72. Saw you invited him over to the bright side of the TW forums. Thanks for the info on the double cab, I'll se what happens down the road.
