I have 2 polished Devil Horns from Andres FS if I am allowed to sell them here...

Hey guys my '09 Tacoma is sold and I have these 2 Andres Hi-polish Devil Horns just sitting around. 1 was on the truck for about 4 weeks, the other hasn't even been out of the bag. If I am allowed to sell these here I will take $60 each. They are both basically brand new. Comes with their set screws. Buy them together or seperate, I don't mind either way. PM me if you want them. If I am NOT allowed to sell these here then Mods please advise me and I will delete promptly.

 

Andres will buy them back I beleive

 

I believe that he frowns upon resale...At least he used to.

Ya thats why I asked, I knew we couldn't put them on Ebay, but I'm not quite sure if we could post them here on the forums.

No problem here.
Toyota Motor Company's legal department have asked of me to keep control of where these emblems are sold, that's all. They don't want them advertised on a website, ebay, etc.

Thanks Andres, I figure I am not using them anymore so I may as well have another TacomaWorld member get some use and enjoyment out of them. I am waiting to hear back from my first guy in line still, after that YotaMikez will be next in line for one and then I need to re-check the PM list for the rest. Thanks.

 

Agreed. If I bought them and do what I want with them. People and this country is getting carried away

 

The whole issue ( as I understand it ) is that Andres agreed with Toyota that his emblems would not openly be sold on websites or Ebay , in turn for that they allowed him to make them even though they could have shut the whole thing down for copyright infringement .

You don't have to get all " THIS IS A FREE COUNTRY " psycotic , just maybe consider that some people would like Andres to be able to carry on making his most excellent emblems

No I'm not mad, but someone's FS thread is not the place for that kind of back and forth. Period. Post #10 has Andres saying everything was Ok. That should be the end of it. There are other forums intended for ranting or any other back-and-forth. Im trying to sell something cool here not incite a debate.
