    I think Ddm will be the cheapest for you. Have not had any probs with mine for about yr and half now. And the fogs are 35 watt. If u hold on till Nov I will offer u a great deal on a set of 5k fogs, I would say now but having my wife try to get all the shit together would be a mess.
