So I've been talkin to the dealer, was all set to go in today and order my dream tacoma...6-speed manual 4x4 DC speedway blue...I was so excited.

Turns out, they told me they are no longer making 2011's and I would have to get a 2012. I can't find a manual at a dealership ANYWHERE. If I were to get a 2012 I would have to wait til late october/november to get it, and what's worse, they don't make the 2012's in speedway blue!

Anyone got any info that could help me out, or a new/low-mile 6-speed SWB DC 4x4 they're lookin to sell :D?

Someone has to have one of those in stock within your driving range ... did you try autotrader or any site like it and search dealers within 100miles .. 200 miles? I would easily drive 3-400 miles to get exactly what I wanted. Work out the deal with the Internet sales dept ... better that way anyway.

Thanks, I did try ebay and their selection was pretty limited...

browsing autotrader and their selection seems to be much better.

Found a 6-spd SWB but it's not TRD sport, but might have to settle.

Ask your dealer to find one and do a dealer trade. If they want to sell you one they will find one if there is any left.

Good luck dude, I looked on the OVE (manhaim's online vehicle exchange for dealers) for you and only saw one that fit your description. And it was in Vegas and had accident history. $23k and 40k miles. Wacktastic.
BTW- iirc, speedwayblue is a TRD only color, I got my dad an automatic for his retirement, he loves it.

Yup.....that's what my dealer had to do to get me a white one. They sent one of their silver models 90 miles up the road, for the other dealers white one.

I agree....that seems to be the norm in my area too....models that are 2 years old & still running around $29K.
