    No idea. A friend's Dad bought her the house and lets her live there and us in a spare room. She doesn't really know much about that sort of stuff. All I know is they have a guy coming Tomorrow and they're sick of the heat. Right now its only about 85 but it's gotten up into the high 90's in here during the day.
