I might pop in once in a while, but I can't do it every day like I used to, i mean I will have time if there are meets during the holiday breaks though.

I got your flag.. Didn't want to pop by in the parking lot like a jackass with all the things you got going on at work and all.

I've only seen Keith on the road twice and the first time was sort of a stalking thing.. Lol.

I'm on the loop quite often, guess it's just luck that we don't see each other.

I'm almost never north of the south loop. I work on broadway near that andys custard place, and I live by lake palestine, so I'm always on old Jacksonville and 155.

I'm too tired to think of something good to say..

Anyway.. I bought some ribs for the first time today, going to atempt to cook them for dinner tomorrow. My dad almost burnt down the house the first time he tried to grill ribs.. wasted $60 of ribs that day.

I like to smoke ribs. I usually cook them at 140 degrees for 6 hours.

It is ironic that when Blake goes on a vacation I am actually going to shoot some paint my 4Runner. Not all of it, just sanding down the roof and hitting it with some primer and flat black to stop the rust.

I only have a broiler and a gas grill to work with.. I don't know if you can smoke them with a gas grill.

Make the ribs in the crock pot or oven. I prefer the crock since it does not make the kitchen hot.
Season the ribs with whatever you want and put them into an oven bag with a bottle of liquid smoke.
Cook on low for 5-6 hours. Then drain the liquid and pour whatever BBQ sauce you like on the ribs. Cook another 1-2 hours.
Times can vary so just watch it every now and then.
