truck has 6 speakers..harness is meant for 4 speakers

    as u may kno in the access cab, there r 2 doors speakers, tweeters and 2 speakers in the headliner. the harness i got only has outputs for 4 speakers so i was thinking about splicing the left door and headliner speaker wires together after where the aftermarket harness attaches to the factory harness and the same thing for the right side. ideas?

    yeah well the driver and passenger doors..not the back doors. there r tweeters by the door handle and 6x9s on the bottom

    4 outputs and 4 grounds..so 8. what im saying is there r 6 speakers.. r there 6 wires coming from the factory harness for the 6 speakers? or 4wires coming out of the harness? if i understood u correctly, there r 2 wires coming out of the harness for 4 speakers (midrange/tweeter) and 2 more coming out for the 2 headliner speakers
