    If you're looking to shred fat I would take the shakes after a workout. If you take it before your body will burn the calories you just consumed instead of stored fat. At least this has been my experience.

    sounds like the typical gym go-er these days... i swear, people are retarded when it comes to working out. i watch people excercising and wonder how they hell they still live

    been doing the "rock hard challenge" for about 3 months now, increasing weaight here and there and have pretty decent definition but not that big(160 lbs) and eat about every 3 hours. i workout fucking hard so i was thinking taking creatine would help me with the size..any words of wisdom?

    To be honest, I shouldn't even talk about creatine, I've never used it, can't say that I know the positive or the negative effects on people.

    The best advice I can give regarding the creatine question is do the research on your own. Go talk to a nutritionalist regarding the product that you want to try and figure what would work best for you.

    If you're doing the rock hard challenge that I think you are (Muscle and Fitness mag), they list the sups they recommend you take for that challenge.
