Worse thing people can do is swerve for an animal. I'm an animal lover but I'm not going to risk my life to spare one. I've seen fatal wrecks from people swerving off the road to avoid hitting an animal.

it was more lady deer standig right on the edge.of the road and i knew she was.going to run out so i slammed on me brakes.and ended.up in the ditch 5 ft past where.she was standing... Hit the ditch at about 25 or so, 4wd and out

 

i really hope im reading this wrong.

 

that's not too fast to hit the ditch though. Last time j hit deer I hit 3 at once. Up north, it has started to snow, about 1/2" on the roads and no salt yet. I was driving a 92 Cadillac Eldorado about 35 mph. Slammed on the brakes ABS kicked in and I wiped out Bambi and his parents.

 

Yeah.... I was kinda ignoring the school bus part.....

 

Like afterwards the kids were in the bus, most drivers would stay on the side of.the road to let traffic go by and that wouldnt waste muh time at all

 

Also these were hs'ers they same bus i rode b4 i.started driving not elemntary

 

you shouldnt pass short buses.

I actually tried to.get on the short bus b/c i rode the. bus for two hours eah way and the short bus wouldve been a 45 min ride
