yeah...a very un-areodynamic one with tires the same size as the truck. mix that with how the trueck normally drinks gas and you get 210/tank

    i like it.

Well, we got the A/C fixed. Thats the good news.

Badnews, saw my Mom Today for the first time in a while. Was showing her the truck and she asked what the metal thing hanging out of my tire was. I was like wtf, then I saw it.

Limped a mile to Tire Kingdom, they wouldn't patch it becase my "tread is too low". Said chunk of metal is now almost completely buried in my tire. Told me to take it to Pep Boys and they should patch it for free. They put my spare on for me though, for free, and hooked me up with a free Gatoraid because there vending machine was empty.

Y'all think that can be patched? Idk how long the peice in the tire is, just the part that was sticking out was about 1.5" and is now stuck in the tire as well.

And now I can't make it to the Ocala meet. Damn this week has sucked.

You just got to find a tire shoup that will do it, or maybe find a used one. It really isn't that bad.

you cant stick a plug in that? Ive plugged many a tire and been ok. Albeit never an off road tire. Highway tires seem to do ok.

Im looking to get a recovery strap before this weekend if I can but the only ones I find are either the rope ones or the smaller strap ones. Both are rated about 4000lbs i think. There was one rated for 6000 somewhere too. Do you guys think these would be ok for my purposes? I dont plan on doing any real mud if I can avoid it. Only trails and sand obviously because of where we will be going (ocala).
