I sold it to my pops a few yrs ago he had been wanting one. He hardly ever drives it though. He has been hinting to me to buy it back from him lately.

It is fun to drive. Just a pain to work on.

A friend of our family had one and ended up selling it b/c it was so hard to repair. But it was fun to drive!

There is almost no room under the hood of the car. Not fun at all!

Nice looking Z! Pain to work on is an understatement, you need to be the "tiny hands" guy from the Burger King commercials to reach anything!

As far as a meet goes Mid-September probably works best for me, but make a plan and I'll try to make it

4 door 2nd gens are more then I want to spend. I am do not want a car payment again.

I do not think I want another 1st gen. I loved mine but I would get a 2nd gen if I go with a 4 door.

I found a few Tundra's but nothing that is making me want to pull the trigger!

Thats understandable... but it wouldn't be a bad thing if you did get a 1st gen 4 door.

Next week i'll put together some dates, just keep an eye on the thread.

Thats why I got a 2nd gen.. I looked at a few 1st gen dbl cab's and it felt like I was back in my old one again... I had to "upgrade" to the 2nd gen, and had to have a 4 door!! I didn't want a vehcile payment again, but I put more then half of the vehicle's cost down in cash, and I only have a small loan for 2 yrs.. I can pay it off fast when I go back to school this winter and the GI Bill checks start roll'n in again!

well the wife and i went and test drove an 06 4runner wednesday night and were kinda disappointed. it had a strong smoke oder mixed with whatever they tried to cover it up with and it didnt ride/drive very well. so after driving it i spotted a mazda cx-9 across the lot so we headed over there to just look at. well we ended up taking it for a drive and we were impressed by it. we r having on transported from a lot in Indy to check it out and will probably drive off with one of the two when it gets here.

the one being brought in doesnt have its page up since its in transport but is an 08 with 23k on it. it has less options but im leaning towards it since it has 33k less miles.

this is the one we test drove.

one of the doctors at my work has one. Same color as the one in the ad you posted. He loves it. I took it up the street one day and has a pretty nice ride. Mazda has been very good to me thus far. Good luck!
