I've got an 09 AC 2.7l 4x4, currently running 235/85/16 duratracs. I'm currently looking at 885's with Dakar's out back, I'm am uncertain about a bumper (tube bumper over a plate one) in the future, but will be getting allpro sliders and skids. I am still thinking the 885's are the better choice up front. The intent for the truck is to do some over landing, with a few moderate trail days, and general mountain transportation (BC skiing, hiking, camping, fishing)

How much lift do you want? OZ-T got 2.5" of lift with 885x coils on a DCLB so I'd imagine you'd get a little more with a 4 cylinder.

I'm looking to get the full 3, my buddy has the 885s and 5100's set to give 3 on his dc, but before the 5100's it felt a little soft

You can go with the 885's , OME 90000 Nitrocharger shocks , and add a top spacer if the 885's alone don't get you the full 3"
