I just put in a trd catback exhaust (liking it so far), however I have the old stock exhaust leaning against the back of the house taking up space. Can I sell it? And where to??? (I live in Logan Ut)

I'm a college student, I have no plans of ever selling my truck, I plan on keeping the catback on forever so I have no use for leftover stock. I would love to get some money out of it. It has about 13000 mi on it. I searched and couldn't find anything, sorry if its a repost.

eh, you could try to sell it. Someone who has an aftermarket, looking to go back to stock may be interested. Doubt you'll get much though.

I put mine on the Pay it forward thread, and no takers. Its been sitting in my garage taking up space for over a year. Hope you have better luck, I'm about to cut mine up and take to the scrap yard soon.

    Sorry for the thread necromancy:

I am in the same situation today - got my TRD catback, love the sound, never will go back to stock.

Being a single guy means it's ok to have a muffler laying on your dining room floor for a few days, but... then what?

Is it possible to sell it?

Could you get anything for it at one of those metal recycling places?

Sell it if you can find a buyer, otherwise take it to a scrap yard and see what you can get for it. I ended up just recycling mine on my old truck for lack of a better solution.
