    I did mine the old way though...pulled them off and painted them...
    Plastidip works awesome for badges. Don't need to pull them off and comes out great.

    i should get mine in the next 10 years or so....
    i just have yet had the nuts to spray paint plastiderp on my vehicle in the hopes it scrapes off...

    holds up on emblems pretty good. Derek did all of his and we did my buddies Mazda 3. I think people were/are having problems with it peeling off when they do the lower valence on the tacoma's or large areas

    but it comes off metal with no problem? cause i would do mine again if i could just spray it and wipe off the over spray

    mask the area around the emblem and spray. peel off the derp. comes off easy when sprayed on thick. over spray & random spots come off, but takes a little effort

    you hear about the dipping silver pieces in acetone to take off the paint rather then painting them black?

    It literally peels off (as you can see in the pictures), it's like strips of rubber.

    I read about that. theres a thread on the blue room.Some guy dipped his bumper wings in some sort of acetone and stripped the silver paint..but i dunno..I just painted them :p
