My dog likes to eat sandpaper

I have an open box of sandpaper in my garage which I will sometimes put on the ground when shifting stuff around in there. Every time I have done this my dog will go in there and grab a sheet or two and chew it up. He doesn't do this with anything else, just sandpaper. I guess I should be careful where I put the box.

Anyone else had this? It's somewhat funny, somewhat annoying.

my dog ate one of my condoms a while ago, then shat it out in the backyard..my aunt was the one who found it by the way lol..and my cat brady, chews up every single piece of paper he can get ahold of.

 

another reason I dont wear rubbers...

How to Remove Hair With Sand Paper:

Step1
Purchase sandpaper that is very fine in texture. You do not want sandpaper that is extremely rough, or any type that is referred to as heavy duty. Fine sandpaper is usually fairly smooth in texture, and is designed for light sanding work. Most hardware stores sell sandpaper, and if you can't find it, ask a sales associate for help.
Step2
Wet the piece of sandpaper and your legs or other part of your body where you would like to remove the hair. This can be done in the shower or bath, along with your favorite moisturizing body wash.
Step3
Wrap the wet piece of sandpaper around your fingers, and rub it gently along your skin in an up and down direction. After a few strokes, note the hair removal and move along to the next section of hair.
Step4
Continue using the sandpaper in this manner until all of the unwanted hair is removed. Keep dipping the sandpaper in the bath water to remove any hair that may be building up on it as you go along.
Step5
Throw out the piece of sandpaper when you are finished, and apply a coat of baby oil to your skin. Your skin will be exceptionally smooth and free of hair. Repeat the process as often as necessary.

Tips & Warnings

In a pinch, the sandpaper can also be used dry. Just remember to use gentle motions and to apply baby oil or some other kind of body lotion to the skin afterward. The sandpaper also works great to exfoliate the dead skin on your feet. Follow the same procedure as you would when removing hair from your skin. Never overdo it with the sandpaper. It does not take much effort to remove the hair, and gently strokes are all that is necessary. Rough use of the sandpaper will scratch and damage the skin, so this should be avoided. Always use a fresh piece of sandpaper each time you want to follow this hair removal procedure. A new piece will be more effective, less friction and less work.

Hes a resuce, was attacked by a dog at 3 months. So he is missing his tail, a rear leg, and seemingly quite a few brain cells. But, when I grab a beer and sit on the couch, he will sit next to me and watch me, waiting for me to let him have a bit.

He also loves to eat boxes. But he onle likes the nice thick ones.

 

Followed these steps on my chest last night, didn't work out and left it patchy. Will be going to Home Depot tomorrow to get a lower grit.
