No, I worry about them getting caught and strangled. That happened to a friend of mine. :(

Ok. Good. Keep thinking. It better be a good one worth the wait.

I give these to you to help you with your thought processing:

Very secluded - but not huge. I only have almost 2 acres. One acre is around $15,000.

NO!!! You should never tie a dog up!!! Would you like to be tied up? One reason, being it's cruel and two they can get tangled very easily.

Almost 2 acres is huge.... Right now I could go for a concrete yard :anonymous:

well you don't strangle the thing and give enough rope to go everywhere within your property?? I've never seen one get tangled up and I've known lots of people who do that out on farms. but its usually with the stupider dogs as the smarter ones don't stray super far anywhere anyways..

I think there is a minimum of 1 acre out here. But where I'm at, 2 acres is small beans...... Concrete yard would not require mowing. I likey.

The leash will get tangled when the dog goes around the stake or tree. Been there done that and pretty soon the dog will have a very short leash. Where I've lived, you can't let your dogs roam free, they had to be inside a fence or on a leash.

No mowing and NO DIGGING!!!!! Both of them keep digging holes... they went to town this afternoon :annoyed:  and they weren't out very long

I have so many different kind of animals around here they surely chase them. I think Sasquatch lives in the forest preserve behind my property. I'd rather just have it fenced so I know they will stay. :)
 IDK why they like to dig...... See this is why I can't have an energetic dog like a lab. I can't be home NEAR enough to give it the exercise it needs.

We're getting ready to go out, and she threw on this hideous dress, and asked how she looked......I told her she looked like a homless person.
