    Notice how the Taco in the last picture has the old style mirrors? This is a video chopped together with footage from older trucks.

    And did the TRD Off Road lose the black headlight bezels, or is this just an oddity of refitted video shoot trucks?

    The bumper cover now sweeps up at each corner, but there is a black airdam-like piece that will probably get torn off the first time you crawl on a boulder. :)

    I think the footage of the back is the new style mirror, its not as rounded as the current models, it has a straight edge to it if you look carefully.

    i noticed the interior of the 2012 has no handles, but during the vid you can see them inside. i think they f\photoshoped the whole front bumper onto an ol' 2nd gen

    this better be real lol im freaking out..:frusty:

    I think these are test / photoshoot mules. The plastic parts came in but Toyota didn't have MY 2012 trucks rolling off the line yet, so they got fitted on the existing test fleet. Each vehicle will have a unique mix of new and old parts.

    Still better than aerospace, where multi-billion dollar deals are closed on crappy 3D renders and promises of 15% better fuel burn.

    Off-topic: Did you know they still make the classic Cherokee for the Chinese market, with a facelift?

    Well, its not bad. I think the Chrome grill really takes away from it. The PhotoShop looks better with the color matched grill. I'd like to see a super white sport. I think that will blend well between the grill and headlights. Notice the black valance? I wonder how often they visit TW?
