Meh, lower bumper should be replaced with steel regardless of generation...

I emailed my toyota contact some of those pics and I'll see what he says and update you guys if this is legit.

edit:, the 2012's are supposed to all have D-Rings on the front bumper which is verified. I don't see them in that video.

The advertising company listed on the video site looks legit. Not all of the videos listed on Vimeo are available on their site; including the Tacoma one, but there is enough cross-over to call this real. Check it all out and reach your own conclusions.

You mean towing shackles, not D-rings right?

rofl, no, they are going to have forward d-rings in the bed, like all of us have been modding in.

Unless this was part of a viral marketing program... which would mean it's working.. we're all talking about it, and once it's out... you know the rest.

I agree, I do not like it as it shows on video. I feel like that grille setup should be on a Ford Escape. It looks...not trucklike. Unless there are major engine upgrades the '12 will not tempt me from my '10 in the least.

I like it. The lower bumper would look good color keyed, but it looks good black too. I want to see the interior changes.

Glad i got my 11. Think Toyota missed it a little here. I know it's a refresh but back to the waiting game til an actual redesign.

Looks like 4runner/highlander angles on the front end do not match the lines of the rest of the truck.

Yeah, I think you're right from pulling some stills from the video.
