This is my truck, CHOAD, from my last deployment. It's a little bigger than my Tacoma. I kept the KC's, too.

Yeah, Chillin, we all really liked the KCs. They were great for spotting IEDs on the side of the road at night (when we weren't rolling blackout) and the covers brought a smile to our faces when we'd get mean-mugged by everyone in the city.

Yeah I havent been in one of those yet. my team had an mrap and a humvee. mrap is like the freaking rolls royce in combat vehicles by the way. wen we were doing blackouts the night vision and infrared was like heaven. we rode going about 50mph and well it may not be fast to taco owners but when ur driving a 53k lbs vehicle that shit seems scary cus its all high. neways good luck!

We roll in MRAPs now with the 82d in Iraq. They're pretty damn nice but I still prefer my Stryker I had in Alaska. We only carried 5 scouts per truck so we were cruising around at 65 mph on hardball and still keeping it at 45 mph in 8x8 cross-country. I wouldn't dare take one of these RG-33s or Maxxpros off road with how top heavy they are.
