Strange E-mail...scam??

I recieved this e-mail. I suspect a scam what do you guys think?

Attention:

Pardon my entry into your private and personal space, i have contacted you because my issue needs urgent attention which I want to explain briefly in my own few words, I am Patrick Ampomah an asylum seeker in Ghana and i currently live at the Buduburam refugee camp. The mail reason i have contacted you is because of my inheritance funds which amounts to ten million United States dollars, the funds were deposited into the Amalgamated Bank of Ghana in an escrow account by my late father who was crude oil merchant before his untimely death.

I assure you that these funds has are genuine and have no links with criminal activities, I have made an attempt collect the funds from the bank but the bank has informed be that i need a foreign beneficiary of good investment repute to transfer the funds because i am not of age to handle such funds.

I am ready to give you 30% of the total funds for your assistance in transferring the funds to your account and investing it in a lucrative business venture.

The documents to prove my ownership of the funds are with my lawyer whom the bank has appointed to assist me to handle the transfer of funds to my appointed foreign beneficiary's account because there are many who will want to cheat me. As soon as i hear from you i will send you the contact details of the lawyer so that you can contact him directly and he will give you a detailed explanation about this transaction procedures to transfer my funds to your account.

um yeah I always received urgent and confidential emails offering me, just me, the opportunity to make millions from a complete stranger...

Damn thought I might be able to quit school and complete my truck and then sit on my butt for the rest of my life!

 

I keep getting ones from the Canadian Lottery saying I won. Dayum I didn't even play it, and I won, how cool is that!

 

I know a Guy that actually fell for one of these. Got screwed out of $30k

 

they actually showed this on 1000 or whatever worst ways to die on spike. blah blah the person "you" had to pay all sorts of fee's to get the money into the states. then the guy shows you a bunch of bills that are painted black. he has some special water he uses to get the black ink off the top bill to show its a 100$ american bill. the suitecase is filled with them so you say ya ok cool after paying him to smuggle the money into the states. turns out to all be play money. at least that was the way spike played it out to be
