Overpriced Double Cab TRD?

I've been looking to buy a Tacoma for a while now and have been browsing many different classifieds. Recently I found this one locally that is a 2004 Double Cab TRD Off-Road with 44k miles. Looks like it was imported from the states to Canada. It does look super clean (I went and checked it out), and has low mileage but asking $20,900 just seems a little crazy for a 7 year old truck.

However, it is my first truck and first tacoma so I'm just basing this opinion on the other vehicles for sale in the area. What do you guys think? My price range is more around the $13-15k mark, so maybe this truck is simply out of my budget, but I wanted a second opinion because it is a very nice looking Tacoma.

I am looking for the same thing (different color). I know they last but years are years and miles are miles. I have been looking for a week now and I see some listed for the same price as 2nd Gen DCs... I dont get it. Did you look up KBB on the truck?
