    You never know on CL until you call/email and see it. I wouldn't buy it sight unseen of course, but for someone local this could be worth checking out.

    There is clearly a reflection on the scoop, black primer is EXTREMELY FLAT BLACK. NO REFLECTION OR ANY SHINE.
