    In the house... you have high ceilings so it may be a non-issue. Sometimes HVAC places will sell you a larger unit because.... well it costs more and also because it will cool your house faster which isn't necessarily good because it can cause dehumidifying issues. If it was a reputable company than they should have done the calculations and everything should be fine.

    I did not know all that. It was my retired Batallion Chief that did it. He's been doing air systems for 25 years and went to Iraq for two years doing ac work. I would hope he wouldn't do me wrong, but I will ask him about that. Thank you Drew. :)

    Ocean City, New jersey. My buddy's family has a house one and a half blocks from the boardwalk. It has been in the family since the 20's. With the exception of the little shit in the house next door with the fucking kazoo, it would be extremely peaceful here right now.
