Honestly it's part your fault for not getting the part number and looking it up. Yea he miss labeled them on the sale but at the same time you should have got all if the info too.

I agree with this. It may have been a misunderstanding like he is saying, and if it is he should make it right but even I knew right away that they were not 50t's when you posted those pictures

Thats the thing..he have the correct part number..the pack looked right..he said two leaves were taken out..making it very believable..

    He lied and falsely advertised..

So if I put up a set of 8'' Camburg coil overs for sale, it's your responsibility to call in the part numbers to Camburg to make sure they're actually Camburg 8'' coil overs?

If the seller had said "I'm selling what I think is an AP 50T pack, but i'm not quite sure" it would be a different story. Sounds to me like the dude was very specific and said "it's a 50T pack with two leaves removed" when it turns out it's a leaf pack from a buggy.

    Thats exactly what happened..thank you..

Here's another way of looking at it..

If you order a pepsi and receive a diet pepsi would you say something?

Sure it's a pepsi..but without all the true flavor..

So you get something similar..made by the same company..just missing some of that BANG factor..

    Am I making sense?

Someone advertises a pepsi so you go to buy it but when you get there it is a diet pepsi do you ask questions or pay for it and go on your way?

its like a pepsi labled can with diet pepsi in it.

so you look at a add, "pepsi for sale"

the seller says " i have a 12 pack of pepsi for sale, they taste great"

you go pick it up, it looks to be pepsi in your eyes, you buy it go home and it turns out to be diet pepsi, thats your fault?

My visors came out when the cage went in. To solve it, I'm getting a fat stripe of the windshield tinted with like 15%

Until then, I use my hand as a visor.

I pulled my visors just after buying the truck. Stupid things were so low that I had to duck to see under them even when they were in the up position.
