New Mexico Owners BS Thread

I'm Jonesin to go wheelin. First time I went to puerco was two weeks ago to check out that NM 200 Race. Had a blast! It was my first time 4 wheelin in something other then a Army truck.

I have lived in New Mexico for 2 Years and never knew there was another world on the end of Southern lol.

 

How rough is this area? I am down around Alamogordo, and the only issue I have had is a schmuck in a Dodge Ram got a little too much throttle on his 1500, and broke a tail light in a ravine. I like four wheeling, but I don't like breaking things.

Yes.. plenty of bypasses.. I like watching the other guys break stuff. My taco is to pretty for all that. Mybe ill build a first gen rig to beat on.

i think tire wise im hooked on the duratracs if not the general grabbers i might give those a try, but wheels ugh i dont really see anything that looks like a must have

Also guys Aug 24th My truck will be in the shop al day doing the entire audio system and alarm. If you guys wanna check it out. Ill be deaden and sealing the doors, Throwing in the three 3way components and installing the 6ch amp. My buddy will be doing the Alarm since I suck at those.

I haven't settled on subs yet. One company that we sell is making a nice Shallow sub that will work great in my application. It's just not available yet. If you need a sub let me know. We carry Rainbow, DC Audio and quite a few others that would fit that box great.
