Can anyone help me with which Bondo or what I should use for my satoshi grill? I need a filler for the inside of it and I have been looking at the write ups and it really doesnt give me what type I should get.

It depends. I used the Bondo brand glazing putty, sold in a tooth paste like tube. It worked great. You might need 2 tubes. If you want to bondo the whole thing or not to experienced, you might want to get the tub of bondo. Which might require hardner.

I don't have much auto body experience, but the glazing putty was the easiest to work with, for small jobs like this. Also the grille has held up great.

I did that but with fiber board. That particle board that has the white coating on one side. Forget the actual name of It. cut it a little longer then the space that needs to be filled. Epoxy It to the plastic. Then you can sand the edged down to fit and have the perfect curve needed for the Satoshi grill. Then fill with Bondo. Has held up for the passed 3 months since I did it.

Yeah, in the same neighborhood of items. Whatever product you get, make sure the room is ventilated. They all stink. And also let it dry good.

After fitting a cut out piece from leftover grill, I used JB Weld as the filler material (since I had some lying around). Others use fiberglass mesh and Bondo.

After I sanded down the JB Weld, I used Bondo glazing compound to fill in small voids. I sprayed a light 'witness' coat of primer and wet sanded to find any high/low spots that I smoothed out with additional glazing compound.
