Anyone else have this issue? I've tried resetting it from the owners manual with no success. And yes, I checked all my tire pressures.

Definitely check the spare. My wife's RAV4 always had that issue. Found out Tires Plus was taking air out of the spare in the hopes that people would come back in to say it wouldn't go off and then they would tell them that they found a bad TPMS and charge them for it.

When you start your truck does it flash for about 20 seconds and then stay lit until you turn it off? Might be a dead sensor. Take it to a shop and see if they can do a diagnostic for you.

    neglect, mostly.
mine does the same thing. flashes when i turn it on, stays on while i drive. have checked all tires and spare, tried resets, nothing. probably just a sensor thats out. . . . im not worried about it. i check the pressure regularly anyway.

Probably just a dead sensor. Don't know if they have batteries or not, but have a tire shop run a diagnostic on it if you want

Yea it does sound like a dead or miscalculated sensor.
Make sure they check the low pressure threshold after they get your system up and running. Continuous pushing of that button can change it and then your threshold is the same as your static pressure. I see it quite often.

    Absolutely !!!

Try telling a person over the phone how to turn on their headlights because they wiped down their interior and shut off their AUTO HEADLAMPS!
No clue on how to turn them on because the CAR always did it FOR THEM !!!

My truck had the same problem. You have to bring it to toyota and have them reprogram all the sensors back in, takes about 20-30 minutes. The only scantool that has the reprograming codes in it is the newest model tool from Mac.

Have you done any tire changes lately? You probably know this, but when you take off and or install tires, if the tech is not careful he can damage the sensor?

I'm going to ask an even more basic question, because the truck in your avatar has fairly large tires installed.

Did you have new wheels and tires installed? If so, did you have your TPMS sensors swapped over? If you didn't, did you buy new ones? If you bought new ones, did you have them programmed into the truck's computer?

Solid indicates a fault with a sensor or the system

    Umm, no.

Blinking light on startup = faulty sensor or system.
Steady light = low or high air pressure.

No, it just came on randomly one day. Probably just a bad sensor

My 2011 still has original sensors, I wonder how many battery years I have left
