I looked online and found that 15000K lights are available and are likely a blue at the very edge of the human visual spectrum - about 400nm wavelength. I personally think them to be a frivolous decoration and not helpful with night time vision. However, they are likely the blue you claim. Second: I, too had a clicking from the engine and it turns out that the VVT system in the Taco V-6 tends to alter the valve lifter clearances when activated - no secret there. But my noise went away after the engine reached about 28000 mi. However, the lifters on the 1GRF-E are solid mechanical in their design and while they tend to be noisier than their hydraulic counterparts, they also tend to be more efficient. So how did your airbag fail? That's not a typical item to fail unless either and accident has occurred or the airbag triggers were accidentally tripped. I noticed from your picture that there is a lateral misalignment of your front bumper, which leads me to believe it was replaced or displaced. Also, a mounting tab hangs down under the bumper. What's with the fenders sticking out beyond the edges of the front bumper? Either would connote an accident or modification. I myself would be wary of purchasing a vehicle where the airbag had either been deployed or replaced due to failure - IMHO. Also, the airbag light could have been reset with an average OBDII code reader. I bought my bluetooth ELM327 clone for less than $40 and the transciever for my PC for less than $10. Free software will reset trouble lights and $40 software will do much more.

    Good luck in the sale.
