    Well I'm sure you know, the chemicals are bad. Two things you can try are 1) Honey/Cinnamon treatment - which actually will lighten your hair with numerous treatments, but it conditions soooooooooo good. 2)Go to the health food store and buy Virgin Coconut Oil and do hair treatments with it. It comes in a jar, and is actually a solid because it doesn't really start to melt until around 80 or so. The coconut oil is also very good to wash make up off with. I don't have any wrinkles due to using baby oil for my eyes since high school, and I started using the coconut oil about 3 years ago. Awesome stuff. Depending on what color your hair is, there is some netural Henna that has healing properties.

    Somebody told me to start taking prenatal vitamins because they would be good for my hair. LOL I can only imagine the reaction people would have if they saw that bottle on my counter :rolleyes:
