    This is an enclosure that fits behind the rear passenger side seat. Basically all you have to do is flip up the bench, fold down the seat back, unscrew the plastic storage panel (I think it's 4 or 6 10mm socket head cap screws), then pull up and out the plastic storage piece. This box fills up the entire space, except for about 2 inches on the top. It fits right up to the drivers side smaller storage piece, which you do not have to remove. It's a very nice snug fit, but if you want to you can wedge something on the top of the box (I used some pieces of shipping foam) just for good measure. It is a very well build box, fits snug, and you do not have to remove the plastic from the backside of the seat in order for it to fit. I hope this answers your questions.     I just got your PM this morning (my fault). Please hold onto this until I get a chance to get home and take a look at a few things in my truck (6 PM central). What size amp/what amp did you have running these? Where did you mount the amp? Just curious before I commit to anything right away.

    I'm at work now so I won't be home till after 5:00 central anyway, and no takers yet so I can wait for you. I ran an Alpine Digital, 450W RMS, but that may be more than what you would need. I would probably run around 300W RMS. Mine is mounted under the front drivers seat, but there's plenty of room to mount behind the rear drivers seat in the remaining storage area if you're crafty. I like mine under the seat because it allows more airflow IMO, and it's easier to access. Please let me know if you have any more questions. I wish I was closer, I would totally help you with the install. Upgrading my stereo is by far my favorite mod to date. Leaps and bounds better than stock. :D
