Want to bring her out for some trail time in the 4Runner? Megan loves it and it is getting to the point that it is a capable trail rig. She is even talking about getting one of her own.

That's not the issue. She likes going offloading. She doesn't want a vehicle sitting out in the driveway all the time. She's very particular about the outside appearance of our house....too particular.

I told her we could just sell her car and put the truck and rig in the garage but she didn't like that idea for some reason....

Simple, tell her you are selling the house and plan on living out of the 4Runner, you'll have no problem with mods then:cool:

I learned the kitchen shouldn't get wireless so then she wouldn't see stuff like this while she is in there. :D

Kinda an odd thing. Could you not put it in the back yard????

We could not. We live in a neighborhood with a strict homeowners association.

There's got to be a solution for this though,.....

How much of a fight would it be to build a car port on the side of the house? Thankfully our POA just got over hauled with a new board that is pro-home owner. I'm thinking about putting up a car port on the lot beside our house. One of the benefits of having a full acre though.

We have 2 acres but its on a very steep lot. It would be a huge undertaking.

I think we just need to buy a new house with a 3 car garage.....

^^^ This. That is our game plan. We are hoping in a year or two to be able to buy some acreage in the country and leave this city to the city people. We aren't looking for much land, maybe just 10 or 20 acres. I grew up on 20 acres and I really miss having a couple acres to myself.

The problem is that it isn't exactly an easy thing to do. The cops tend to realllly frown on it unless your in "that kind of town"; and then you have to work a customer base that can keep their mouth shut. Your almost money ahead and less years in prison if you just get somebody over 21 to buy you big bottles of cheap booze and then you put it into smaller bottles for under 21 resale. Put enough mark up on it that 1/2 of the smaller bottles pay for another big bottle. This profit will pay for the "troubles" of your of age counterpart and allow you some money to invest in other flavors of product. :D

Making whiskey is hard work, dangerious, and carrys quite the federal penelty when you are caught doing it.
