    Good morning.

    My back is recovering from those nights of sleeping on the couch. Last shift we didn't get to bed from running calls till around 0530. So I slept all day yesterday. Today I'm still hurtin. :(

    I'm allergic to morphine. :pout: but it's my sciatic nerve so pain meds don't help. Heating pad, ibuprofen and pressure. :thumbsup: I need a slave to finish my house chores for me. :D

    I'll be honest. I'm scared to go to the chiropractor. :anonymous: I have to run a few errands and I'll put a 20oz soda bottle dug into my back and drive around. That usually does the trick.
