Hmmmmmm now that I could handle. I have a bad shoulder too with a permanent knot that always makes my right arm get numbness. Up north I had a friend that was a massage therapist on the side and 3 days a week she worked on my shoulder. It was awesome. Problem is health insurance doesn't usually cover anything like that. :(

i tip well but if its really bad i wont. i dont see the point in tipping someone who is a royal bitch working in the customer service industry. why tip them if they are rude? i see it as feeding a bad habit

I wonder can you just get the memory foam stuff to put on top of another mattress?

she goes to a private clinic, 75$ initial fee for first visit and treatment, and 30 or 40 bucks for each follow visit (she only needed a few though)

I've always wondered if those things were any good.... They say great support and all, but how do you get support when you squish parts down and the only reason the rest isn't squished, is because that part of your body is above... it's hard to explain... your head and shoulder squish the foam down, so how is your neck supported, when the only reason the foam isn't squished is because your neck doesn't reach the foam. :notsure:
