    as krap says, its not the same. a real memory foam mattress is much better.

    i will never get another spring mattress ever. cant believe the pressure points :goingcrazy:

    the top 2" is memory foam and conforms to your body. under that is 2 layers of different, higher density foams. i have back problems from work and since we have had the memory foam mattress i have a lot less issues

    My sister was a truck driver and she got an air mattress... can't think of the name.. and would take that with her when she had to spend the night and just put it on top of the bed. Not one of the cheapo yard type, but one that can be used as a "real" bed. It's adjustable, so you can adjust it however you like. It only takes a minute to set up and empties in a few seconds. Then fold up and put in carry bag
