06 tacoma TRD

on my 06 trd it has a rear diff lock and a 400watt power outlet in the with a switch on the dash to turn either one on do they all have these or is this a special order options just wandering thanks

I believe all TRD's have the power outlet. The Off-Road package has the diff lock. The Sport package has the limited slip diff.
