For towing--YOU CANNOT BEAT A DIESEL.
Too bad they do not make a truck with a Cummings engine and allison tranny.
I have a 99 Dodge 2500-5.9 cummings-with an edge CHIP. You would not belive the POWER it has.
Torque FRIGGING unbelievable. 20mpg hiway--no tow
15 mpg around town.

dont really matter ive owned stokers duramxs and a few cummins. i stopped racing for a few sold my last mega and got the toy but now starting back up. i dont want none of the new stuff id stay with the 5.9 dodge or a 7.3 ford

Both of my brothers HAD a 7.3 powerstrokes--Drove my cummings and reported
" could not believe how much MORE power (1999, 5.9 cummings) had than the 7.3.
ITS ONE TOUGH SOB--The edge "chip has 5 settings--from economy to race.
Got one used from another site(Forums-dodge diesel)-$350 w/new sensors and senders. Best $$ i ever spent-of course installed it myself.
You can also get an "EDGE EZ" for about $200 or less--simple and fast install.
Well worth the $$. Had the EZ before the " on the fly adjustable" Edge JUICE W/Attitude. BOTH ARE GOOD.
