Installing a tool box with a bed liner?

I've looked online to no avail - how do I permanently bolt down my tool box without taking off (and busting the clips to) the 'Rugged' bedliner? I cant get under the bed rail!

Any creative ideas?

 

Rugged bed liners suck, i basically had to break the clips to get mine out when i sold it. personally, i would take it out and rhino line the bed

 

Agreed, the rugged liner feels pretty chinsy. Around what does it cost to rhino the bed?

 

i'm not too sure, i'm planning on hercu-lining mine myself

Line-X or Rhino usually costs around $300-$450, depending on the size of your bed, and a few other things.

Herculiner costs about $100 and you can do it yourself, if you're into that. I am, if it'll save me a couple hundred bucks...
