1st Gen BDF GRILLE!!!

    A BIG THANKS TO MEATMAN for the donor grill!!


    Hey guys im just about done with the testing stage on the 1st gen grille, I just wanted to see if any of you guys might be interested

    ok guys i got the first prototype back from the powder coater here are some shots its not mounted in the shell but you get the idea looks pretty nice!!

    Here is how the tabs work you just hold it in place mark, drill and bolt it down. and if you want you can cut out all the other plastic so its nice and clean!!

    this is the one uppertab that i put in the wrong spot i adusted it in the file so it lands on a larger surface

    Looks cool, keep it affordable and you've got lots of business coming.

    One thing I'd say is a MUST is to incorporate the black center part of the grille, looks like you've just got a shell there, which is not strong enough on it's own.

    You will not have to remove the black section I did that just so I could pattern it, the price will prob be the same as the 2nd gen because it's not any smaller but I will know when I get the quote back from the laser cutter
