    That was me minding my own business and the cop looked down at his computer at the wrong time to see that my record was clean. He should've been paying attention to the driving task. Isn't being distracted by reading a computer while driving as dangerous as texting? Defensive driving FTW..........

    Me too. I think Mr. Pr3runn3r is saying he was in the Taco, but I'm not buying it. The one in the video has mudflaps and not a single picture in Mr. Pr3runn3r's gallery shows mudflaps.

    The police officer ducked the wrong way. Given the situation I can't imagine that there was much time to think but in hindsight he might have been able to have avoided the crash by going to the right like the Taco did.

    Wow. It sure looks as if the officer made the wrong decision in turning into oncoming traffic. If the red pontiac was beside him he's screwed no matter what direction he turns. Sideswipe a citizen and endanger their lives (and risk being sued) or take a head on collision in the chin with a motorist travelling in the wrong lane. I don't think he had time to react but in the end, the outcome was the best for all parties.

    +1 for the Taco exhibiting good defensive driving skills

    Yep, I had a co-worker whose 15 yr old daughter was killed as she did the same thing only it was 2 on coming cars racing and she swerved left and paid the ultimate price. Point of the story is that they faulted her since she was the one that crossed the center line. WTF? Apparently the car in her lane was in a legal passing zone and as far as them racing, apparently there was no proof. IDK the whole thing, just remember her telling about it and wanted her daughters name cleared of fault because of insurance and all.
