Look on the bright side -- at least your wife didn't toast your engine by driving your truck to the store with no oil in it.

I'm in the same boat. Took my son to a Cub Scout meeting and was standing in the parking lot talking to some parents when out of no where in flies a little girl, unsupervised on her bike and scrapes and slides right down the side of my truck. Deep gouges and small dents down both doors. Followed her back home after telling her she shouldn't be out alone and lectured the mom about how a 3 year old shouldn't be riding down the ROAD and in and out of cars in a busy parking lot un-attended while she's inside watching tv.

I got a sorry. not money, not an offer for money, a sorry. Don't have the funds to have it pro looked at so I hit it with the ugly touch up stuff and had 3 beers. I have my own kids so I'm sure it'll happen again real soon.
